kframe_mike
Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster.I was looking at getting some more CD-2 speedloader holders,as all of the ones I have seem to have found a permanent home on my wife's belt.Anyway,I was sniffing around the net, trying to find the best price on some, when i found these CD-6's.I wish I knew how to post a link, but they look kind of like the -2's,but are taller.I was wondering if any of you had seen or tried these before, and if so,how did they work?I looked at the Safariland site, but they only have a "front on" picture,I'd like to see more on how they hold the loader.Thanks,-Mike
COF
Mike, the website says the CD-6 is designed for large revolvers and it almost looks like a split 6 where it sets over the top of the belt. If you're going to use this type, I'd say you're better off with the CD-
kframe_mike
Thanks COF,I found a side view picture of one and I agree.I think I'll just get some more CD-2's and call it good.-Mike
Bill Nesbitt
You want the CD-2 carriers for competition. The CD-6 are a split 6 type for concealment. 3 rounds are on each side of the belt and they are closer to the body. I have some of each.
