chorizo
I started shooting about a year ago. I get to shoot every week for two hours with two Masters on a range for free (no cost to me) all to ourselves. One of the guys I shoot with noticed my gun was having feeding problems every now and then and they took it to a gunsmith and had it worked on for me (no problems since). I recently had a fire at my house and all of my reloading equipment was burned up. Knowing that I couldn't afford to shoot the amount of ammo we shoot and pay for factory ammo, one of my shooting partners volunteered to reload for me until we (my family and I) get back on our feet. Talk about two of the best ambassadors for the sport. I'm just happy to be able to call them my friends. I hope I can someday do the same for someone entering the sport. G-ManBart
Welcome! Sorry to hear about the fire...yikes. That's a very kind offer for your buddy to load for you. Time and again shooters step up to help other shooters and it never fails to amaze me. Very cool. R,
dajarrel
I don't think I've ever been associated with a finer group of people than shooters. dj
shooting for M
Another example that shooters tend to be the kind of people I want to be around. Jason
