mike45
A friends sps 11/87 litterally fell into two pieces in a long field stage at a comp today after about 10,000 rounds and he is looking for a new gun. He is going to stay with the 11/87 but we saw a Super Magnum for the first time today and it looks impressive. The question is, is it stronger and has more durability for PSG, is the different piston reliable with 32gm field loads and are most parts interchangable with his destroyed SPS. Any comments on this would be appreciated (apart from go buy a Benelli !! ) Many thanks
benny hill
buy the new rem. comp. master. I got in several at the shop & tested one hard over the weekend & rem. finally hit a home run on this one.
mike45
Cheers for the advice Benny, but the problem is that they are not available in the UK yet and they only come with a 22 inch tube - we can only have 24' and above in the UK - if they do a model with a longer tube I would be up for it - but he has set his heart on the 11/87 Super Mag. Thanks for the reply - I was beginning to think Benelli had won by default !
