elenius
I had lots of feeding problems. I loaded them to 1.230" I think, and they would hang up and prevent the slide from going completely into battery. This is with a Kimber Custom II 1911. Should I load them longer or shorter? WesC
Why don't you make a dummy round and play around with the seating depth until the round feeds and ejects reliably?
trodrig
Try going longer. I loaded those bullets to 1.25" and had good feeding results. trodrig

If the slide is not closing the the round is probably too long. With Precision's 230 RN I had to shorten them to 1.200 so they didn't hit the rifling in a Springfield but worked at 1.220 in a Para.
