cking
Why would I want to do that? Well I believe the recoil plug pushing on the barrel bushing increase bushing wear rate especially if it is not a real tight bushing on the slide. This gun is built on a STI slide which takes the reverse shoulder plug. On my other gun I used a acculok barrel supported reverse plug, then had a friend put a bead of welding on front that would catch the barrel bushing to keep it from turning. I fitted the bushing and plug to each other. Would appreciate any better ideas, could I move the shoulder forward on a plug so it stick out enough? stockton
Go to SVIguns.com. They make a rev plug with the ring to keep the bushing.
