Vince Pinto Posted August 17, 2002 Share Posted August 17, 2002 Rule 5.3.2.1 means the distance between the middle of the grip and the competitor's body. Rule 5.3.2.2 means the distance between the slide (or cylinder) and the competitor's body. Most scoring overlays are intentionally 50mm wide to enable an RO to easily check compliance.
