glock10mm
I picked up a die set in trade. The sizer/decap die appears to have a burr on the shoulder area of the sizer die. This results in a scratch/very small dent in shoulder area of the case. Do ya'll think this can be repaired by dillon or am i just out of luck? Understand that I picked this set up used and don't want to lie to Dillon and tell them I bought them new and they came this way. What are your thoughts. dillon
It isn't a burr, it's a lube bleed hole, to prevent shoulder dents caused by excessive lube. If the die leaves a mark in the shoulder, then either the brass was significantly blownn out, or the die is down a smidgen too far. Are you using a headspace case gage to set the size die with?
