I'd like to at least have a starting point for searching for a new home. This process will be the prime example of "Hurry up and wait....then get your ass in gear!) Hitman, What should I know about water rights? I assume if I'm in a sub-division it won't matter, but I should check them out if I buy separate property and look to build?
