John Thompson Posted February 11, 2007 Share Posted February 11, 2007 (edited) If you have knee problems you have to be sure to use toe clips and PULL on the pedals, not push. I like the bike too but the eliptical rider on a moderate resistance setting is great on my knees. Derwoodski Posted March 7, 2007 Share Posted March 7, 2007 The combination of football and and a motorcycle accident has left me with a PCL tear in my right knee and an ACL/MCL tear in my left knee, I have to be very careful with the left one and I will give a +100 to the elliptical machine. It has let me strenghten the muscles that support the knee and allow some form of cardio when running is out of the question. During Matches I wear a brace on the left knee that keeps it in place.
