They are already drilled and taped for scope mounts.If your not sure, open the cylinder, look under the top strap and you will see if it is D&Ted. Armando, check to make sure you have the holes in the top strap as stated above. No, the LPA's do not use the Tee nut. I do believe all the hardware is included.
