Do your shoulders have to be relaxed also or can they be tense(by this i mean lifted)? I am aware that your hands are not allowed to touch the gun but can it touch the holster, if you are doing so by not bending your arms but rather lifting your shoulder? Are my knees allowed to be bent when standing on the line?? Thanks any references to the rule book would be greatly appreciated so i am able to understand it better. Some "relaxed" positions are so tense, we refer to it as "IPSC monkey", shoulders hunched, hand hovering an inch from the gun. It's like IDPA guys grabbing the hem of their vest.
