Jake Di Vita
Here ya go guys. The targets are 2 poppers at about 15 yards. This video is made to illustrate the importance of where your focus is during a stage. 1) Call the shot 2) Eyes on the magwell till the mag is seated 3) Eyes to where you are going 4) Eyes on the target 5) Call the shot Getting the reload done quickly is absolutely essential to have crisp movement between positions. Reload on the move
spook
Very fast reloading Jake. Reminds me of the way Todd Jarrett reloads (it's like he reloads and then moves), only faster I would probably try to lean more in the direction of where you are going on the last shot of the first position. I wonder if that influences the speed of the reload.
jessej
Sweet. You got some awesome skillz, Jake! Nice roof on the range too. Thanks for posting
Bigbadaboom
That's what I've been talking about. You're moving as you reload but you haven't started running yet. Perfect.
tightloop
Very nice...for those of us with substantially less foot speed than Jake, you can actually see the feet move ....LOL
Calamity Jane
I'm with Tightloop. Forget the reload, I can't keep my eyes off your feet. Your feet are moving so fast it's like something out of a cartoon! LOL! It's awesome. Thanks for showing us mere mortals what is possible.
bierman
Thanks for the vid Jake. Now I have some idea of what kind of goal to shoot for. Right now, at my skill level, the reload takes substantially longer that just the first couple of steps. This really helps. Thanks again.
