  1. Hey Z! Nice to see you back! I have been MIA for a bit too. I have always enjoyed your posts and insight to the female phyche! I'm on the way back too. Two new cars a new house a new fiance.... then something's a missing.... wonder what that is?! It's my shooting homies and comaraderie! Look forward to coming back! I actually have a new trigger job coming up sans JoJo from a good friend hook up! I broke my sear spring and been dealing with a 3 1/2 pound trigger on an open gun for too long at the public ranges. Time to develop a new load again
  2. As Americans we're addicted to sugar. Or high fructose corn syrup for that matter. I'm not drinking soda anymore and am trying to cut down the fast food. But damn, that fast food is good sometimes!!! I used to live on that stuff and grew up on it too. Stems from growing up with two working parents who left me to my own devices and 5 dollars. I still crave the Mexican pizza from Taco Hell and Chicken Nuggets!
  3. I used this on a few classmates starting from elementary. Take a quarter and say to your buddy , I bet you can't roll this straight down the middle of your face and put it in the circle. You do it as an example but make sure you don't draw the circle yet! Now you take the quarter and use a good 'ole sharp number 2 pencil and proceed to make a circle using the quarter as an outline. It still cracks me up even when after I circle around the quarter a few times they don't catch on. After they do it once, you can say, "Oh, no way you did it too fast or you didn't roll it straight enough", then ask them to do it over and over again. Before you know it, they'll have a pretty good lead pencil line going straight down their face
  4. Sorry if off topic. But this post reminded me of a buddy i let reload on my 650. I was like, hey take a easy when you feel a little resistance on the priming upstroke, spin the case around with your finger then ease the primer in. He was like yeah yeah. Then while I was eating; I heard a loud pop and looked over in time to see him running out the room like a little girl. He ofcourse had smashed a primer and set it off. Luckily he didn't cause a chain reaction. Good thing nothing was damaged It was worth it, cause i get to give him crap about it all the time now.
  5. Yea, you shouldn't have to eat fries with a fork
  6. Hey, thanks for the replies. It looks like it's going to be a multiple supplier order Been attempting to upload some pics of the rifle. Any tips? jj
  7. Dear forum, Just got a new rifle (waited 10 months for it) and need to load for it. I started searching for components and found out most companies don't have everything in stock in one place. Any good sources you guys/gals go to for most of the stuff? Just those Federal 215 primers seem hard to get. I was going to start with IMR 4350 and some 250-300 grainers. Which press should i order and with what other tool accessories? Is the Redding T-7 a good press to use? Which dies should i order? Along with digital powder measure??? Thanks guys for helping with a new rifle loader. This place is the best! What i mean is; i want to buy the good stuff the first time.... jj
  8. heheh, losing stuff sucks. i lost a P228 in my place once. and i live alone without kids i found it a couple weeks later under my reloading bench.
  9. WTF?! I just don't understand what is wrong with some people! Sorry for your loss man. On a side note, at the range; i always have a mag loaded ready on the bench that i never touch.

  11. So, this thread should be about how i like i'm a dumbfuk! LoL, that just sounds puurfect! I won't go into the details! Believe me i know what i have done! I do my best to find a silver lining in all of the mess. There's a way to look at it that all will benefit. Or maybe just me. Like my own tortuous soul that feeds off the energies. Just pay me! "As long as your with me, baby you'll be alright~!" Fuk it, gonna go load and return shit at Costco then shoot! PS gimme all the popcorn ya got! my tru brothers hear what i'm talking about! okay enuff of this bs thread see ya'll in a match soon. oh i should mention that this is female related.... Totally minuscule in the whole scope of life. But i'm fortunate that i have this place to type a bit. All my best wishes to everyone. JJ
  12. F'in F F ATXX! :popcorn1: After they hit me with a $800+ cell phone bill i went with T-mobile $99.00 unlimited(and lovin' it)! Those sunuvabiaatches still want my money after i cancelled! On a side note; i saw a Porsche 911 turbo with the license plate atxxceo..... yeah i know how u got ur money!
  13. Since i have free time at work, i'll play! After a few of my friends test fired my pistol after the last match, i firmly believe that we adapt to our personal competition firearms. They all felt it was harsh. But i don't know what they are talking about. I use 125 gr projectiles and because i load 9 major i don't feel the desire to experiment with 115 gr ones. My personal preference is push in the hand and not muzzle rise. Just shoot like crazy and you will adapt to your gun and load.
  14. I use THE Accessories one with an ISMI spring in my G35. I guess i use it 'cause it runs :popcorn1:
  15. Dayum Matt! all those lessons with Dano musta paid off! i will be PM'ing you soon enough! jj
  16. Kee Chan is my friend as well. He taught me how to shoot accurately at 25 yards. He was one of those guys that whenever he did anything, he did it in the very best possible way. Some would say to the extreme. I'm going to miss him as well, Vince! Talk to you guys soon.
  17. I believe this is an opportune time to say, ALL YOUR HIGH CAP MAG ARE BELONG TO ME! sorry having one of those days!
  18. Just set it on fire! haha, just kidding, i hate weed wacking too! i usually spend more time unwinding that POS for more slack than actually wacking!
  19. It's some good stuff.
  20. Dear forum, Oh, i'm so glad to be coming home to the states very soon. I never thought i would miss my guns and driving my car so much.... kinda weird actually. But being born and raised in the states i'm so glad and fortunate i have it to come home to. I've been out of the country on tour for over 30 days experiencing what Asia has to offer. I do have pictures but most of them are incriminating! Even with all that distraction and attraction, i can hardly wait to get back to the good ole' US of A . Thank you TMC for tuning up my open gun. He did an awesome job. He changed my whole fire control. I look forward to giving it a good work out. Jet-lagged or not, i'm off to da range the moment i get off the plane. To say this has been a excercise in humility would be an understatement. Anyways, take care you guys/gals. i miss home! Cheers, JJ
  21. There's three guys sitting in a bar on top of a hotel in San Francisco. The first guy says to the second guy," Did you know if you jump off a building in the city when the wind is blowing hard, part way down the wind will pick you up and put you back on top of the roof?" Second guys says, "No way, I don't believe you!" The first guy says, "If you don't believe me, let's go upstairs and I'll show you." So all three men go upstairs to the roof. The first guy runs off the side of the building and disappears. A few moments later, he pops back up onto the roof and says, "Now you try" to the second guy. The second guys says "Okay!", and proceeds to run off the roof and falls to his death. Then the third guys says to the first guy, "That's fooked up superman!"
  22. You can stand at just the right angle and blind them during the stage, hehe. Nice Bling you have there!
  23. Fine pistols, imo; are like works of art meant to be appreciated. And i appreciate you posting those pics
