Upgrades for Banshee

Need some help

 

Just got a banshee.   5 inch barrel upper.  Looking for the smart changes to make it feel a little better. Buffer type and weight?  buffer spring type and weight? what else?

 

Not a fan of the oversized ambi charging handle!

 

Can I swap a Triggertech trigger straight in like I would for a 5.56 AR?  

I expect Glock factory mage to drop free,right?
