Wakal
Looks a lot like a SpecOps ( http://www.specopsbrand.com/main.html ) MOUT rig with shotshell holders on it. Those troublemaking CavArms guys are pretty tight with the nice folks at SpecOps Alex

SinistralRifleman
That's one of the custom rigs I made with the help of Mark Buchanan at 3 Gun Gear. It is Two MOUT Rigs sewn together with the Harness and back piece assembly from a Battle Rig. Mark made the MOLLE compatible shot shell holders that attach to the webbing on the front of the vest. Early in the conversion process: I have two OD rigs like this, this one is sewn together in the front and only opens on the sides. The other OD unit opens in the front: This one is much more convenient to put on over body armor than the side closing unit. 3 Gun gear sells the MOLLE compatible shot shell carriers for $15.00. They require a Long MALICE clip from Tactical Tailor to attach to your vest. Edited December 26, 2005 by SinistralRifleman
