bravofox Posted January 3 Share Posted January 3 How is the FFP Reticle on the NX8? At what magnification is the reticle usable? I had a 6-24 FFP Viper, the reticle was almost impossible to use under, if I remember correctly, 18 power. I am going to use this for a hunting scope/ some long range precision shooting (300 PRC) I am going to switch to MILS and want another NX8. thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Bolt_Thrower Posted January 31 Share Posted January 31 IMO the MIL-XT reticle is more useful than the MIL-C for long range. Everyone’s eyes respond differently, but I find that even fine reticles can be usable at 8-10x for me. I had a 6-24 viper pst and remember that the reticle sucked. Open center with no dot.
