aplthird
I have a GP100 with a 6" barrel. Long story short I am going to put a black oxide coating from EPI on the gun. I have the gun taken apart except for the trigger assembly I dont really want to take that assembly apart. I would like to coat the frame of the trigger assembly. Would it be safe to black oxide coat the whole assembly, ie the cylinder lock assembly and all the pins etc associated in the assembly. Just put the whole assembly in the bath. Thanks for any help. barry
I wouldn't.its easy to take apart and put back together.take a few pics for reference. Take apart slowly and pay attention to small springs and plungers.
