sierra77mk
So most competitive shooters using the M&P's know that the big "Duck Bill" factory magazine base pads catch on everything. Especially when grabbing them for reloads. So we replace the base pads, or do like I did and take them to the belt sander to slim down that 3/8" lip. I tried this for the M&P .22 which I use for practice and found that it really doesn't work because of the hollow/sunken in bottom of the .22 magazines. I filled in the hollowed out part with some rubber but it looks funny. So does anyone know if some company makes 3D printed replacements that don't have the huge duckbill lip on them? Hammerman
Taylor tactical supply makes aluminum base pads. I have their stuff for the walther 1911-22 and it’s awesome. Not sure about the m&p stuff.
