Metal grips and trigger play

I’m wondering how much play there should be between a trigger and the grip. Of course there shouldn’t be any drag or friction. And the metal on metal will make some noise with those gaps. 
But how common is a rattle? 
I’m trying to figure out if a trigger with a wider shoe might fill that gap a little.

if it has excessive movement side to side try spreading the bow for a little tighter fit in the grip channels.

I just picked up a red dirt trigger that’s supposed to be designed for the evo grip. Hopefully that cleans up the play a little bit. I will post another video with the results.

Installed the evo trigger from Red Dirt. Huge difference.
