Gunsnjeeps Posted March 14, 2021 Share Posted March 14, 2021 Late answer. I had that problem with an 870. Do you pull the shotgun into your shoulder with the the forend? With the 870 the bolt release unlatches after firing and the pressure on the forend racks the bolt back. Solution was more pressure on the wrist of the stock and using the forend to point.
