saw a guy on the o'relly factor last night, his theory is we're 5 years into a 20 year cycle of bad weather. that will be followed by 20 years of good weather.

if he's right, the gulf, atlantic, & indian oceans will be real bad. but the pacific where I live should be mild.

I live in kali, and the Pacific has also been bad for the last few years with the "El Nino" effect where there is a mass of warmer-than-average water off the coast. Last year our area got just about DOUBLE annual average rainfall in northern kali (Bay area).
