You only need to remove 3 allen bolts, the far left one you can just loosen. After that you can take out the dies, they're numbered, and get the rust off with fine emery cloth or steel wool or something like that. It takes a very long time to get them rusty again after cleaning, so I don't use any oil on them. You can always send it to Dillon for refurb, they're great about that. Doesn't matter if you're the first owner or the tenth owner, they fix anything for free. A great lube for the square ram is Brian Enos Slide Glide, any grade will work. The main hang-up is the ratchet arm that advances the shellplate. Slide-glide that thing. Hornady One-Shot Case Lube spray is also gonna help smooth out the loading a whole bunch. Regarding the spent primer cup, loosen the two mounting bolts that attach the spent primer cup rails to the bottom of the shaft, and slide it back a bit more. There is some slop in the mounting holes. Use grease on the vertical corners of the shaft and on the angled bottom edge of the index lever. Lithium based grease is better, but anything above vaseline is fine. Adjust the blue wing nut at the bottom of the return rod as follows: Push forward on the handle, as if seating a primer. While maintaining forward pressure on the handle, tighten the blue wing nut until the spring above it is partially compressed. With the one-piece bellcrank design, leave the springs on it. On the older powder measures, the hopper tubes were glued in place. Use WD-40 and either steel wool or a scotch-brite pad to clean the rust up.
