-IPSC- IPSC Production: G17 Gen 5 same as G17M? -IPSC-

The IPSC Production list shows G17M is approved. Isnt the Gen 5 the civilian version of it? I’m being told it’s not approved. 

 

Also, is there an IPSC specific forum?

Glock Gen 5 are not on the IPSC Production gun approved list, it should have been as of April 2018 as it was on Vince Pinto's "Candidates for Approval List" which would have been updated this month in April 2018......(un)fortunately Vince Pinto is not the IPSC Rules Committee Chairman as of Jan 1/2018 so apparently the list has been passed on to the new Committee Chairman but has not been updated as of yet on the IPSC Production Approved List................there is no OFFICIAL IPSC forum but there is one run still by Vince Pinto called Global Village which has anything and everything in a forum on IPSC you would ever want to know, go to Global Village site thru the website   https://ipsc.invisionzone.com

Agreed, but you never receive spam, emails, etc .....also it is by far the largest wealth of information regarding IPSC with many regular responders to keep up to date info on the sport
