Need spring weight suggestion for M&P

I would like some suggestions from the forum on spring weights for my M&P CORE 5" barrel 40cal. I believe the stock weight is 16lbs. I am shooting USPSA and hand load using 180gn bullet loading for Major PF. Please provide websites to suggested springs. Thanks.

I put a stainless full length guide rod and 13# in my 9mm. I imagine the next one up which is 15# would be just right for your .40. I'd suggest getting a couple different weights to try and put them to the test for yourself. Check them out here:

I have a glock FL guide rod and use glock springs. I have 11lb to 15lb in 1lb increments. 

 

Using a 13 in my open major 9 Core. Runs fine... will be testing loads with a 12lb when bullets get here. 

 

Will use the 11lb for my lite steel loads.
