Need load recipes for Ramshot Comp with 124 grn JHP

Hey Gang,

Setting up a new M&P 9L CORE with an APEX comp barrel. Need a load recipe for Ramshot competition under Berry's 124 grain JHP. Everything I've loaded to date has been in .40, so I need a full set of dimensions for OAL, Crimp, ect.

Objective is to make minor PF for Carry Optics.

They sell manuals to explain all that, or you could try the powder manufacturer for a starting point.

Thanks, I've picked up on the general guidelines in the manuals and the great input from the forums here. Interested in chrono data related to my set up.
