mreed911
I got a Burris FF3 as part of their AR-332 promotion and it came with their large sunshade that snaps on top. Is this of any use/value in shooting CO? I'll test it at the range but it looks like it'd get in the way more than it would help but I'm willing to listen to advice from anyone that's used a red-dot/reflex with a sunshade. This is not my gun but it's the same sight on a Glock 19 MOS in my case. My real worry is "how secure is this thing and if I did use it would it fly off in a match?" mscott
Can't see the cover staying on a moving slide. I've always just used them as a protective cover and removed it while shooting.
igolfat8
The cover won't stay on a moving slide or even on a frame mount. Consider it decorative but functionless furniture.
