Hi-Power Jack Posted December 2, 2016 Share Posted December 2, 2016 You can compete, and if you're getting started, I'd start out shooting the 4" that you have. Only disadvantage is sight distance and slightly less muzzle velocity. BUT< you can have a LOT of FUN with it - give it a try. Which competition are you thinking of shooting? joerenew Posted December 3, 2016 Author Share Posted December 3, 2016 I am just really getting started long time 1911/glock carrier but wanting to shoot more since I got the 2011. It fits me like a glove and shoots better than anything I have ever shot before.
