X9 50rd drum mag

Anyone else  have dealing with X products service department ? I was wondering how long they take to respond back when needing repair for a brand new magazine that will no longer feed after firing the first 6 or 7 rounds? 

Yes I know I can call them and plan to after I give them another week.

Here is a specific rule for life: emails are slow, phone calls are fast.  Never forget that, and never expect emails to be a guaranteed success.

They sent me a FedEx return label and is replacing the drum, doesn't get better than that.
