GIO
Not sure if this question fits here but... Does anyone have experience with a MIC holster for carry? It just covers the trigger and you tie off a cord to your belt that pulls the guard away on your draw. It looks like it would be great for pocket carry but I always check the benos world for the real scoop. Thoughts?
ClangClang
Actually not too good for pocket carry. The angle on the cord pulls the gun around and rotates it inside your pocket so it no longer is convenient to get a good grip. Remember, the gun will try to hang from the cord, "upside down" because it wants to hang from the attachment point like a plumb-bob. For on body carry, the only real good way to use it is "mexican carry" but it's not secure and with even a little bit of movement, (for me at least) it tends to fall out. I like the MIC for nightstand duty, dropping a loaded gun in a backpack or other off body carry options, etc.
GIO
Thanks Clang. Makes sense. Seemed too slick to actually work.
