STI custom shop?

I recently sent my STI Sentry back for some warranty repairs (two months ago) and they have to replace either the slide and or frame, but I was thinking of having them tri-top the slide and hard chrome the whole gun before I get it back, never read anything good or bad about their work, any thing I should know?

I just got a warranty job back from them. During the conversation I asked about for cost custom work and never got a response to the inquiry. I got the feeling they are so busy just dealing with the warranty work, they wont do additional work. (Small group of gunsmiths, not tons of issues) I could be wrong, let us know what they are willing to do for you.
