sigsauerfan
Put the cruciform end ("sear") in a strong steel vice, just the tip, then tap with a mallet to bend it upwards a fraction more. It takes like 5 minutes, don't overdo it. it happened on me working on a ZEV trigger bar cruciform ; a little too optimistic with the dremel polishing the firing pin leg making contact with the cruciform tab. a little bending of the tab ,done. 2-3 microns upward on the cruciform tab and you should be good to go. Charlieh
I had this same problem when I first installed my Zev ultimate kit with the #2 spring and figured it was the connector cause it didn't fire on reset with the stock connector in. So I just returned it and got a DK kit.
