I've said it before, hate seeing someone's question getting ignored! Great thread here that might help.

I've been trying Missouri Bullet Company's 148 gr. Brinell 12 PC bullet but haven't finished working up a load yet. I really like how clean they shoot in my Clark PPC Model 10.

My standard load is this one (a Classic Load!):

Bullet: Remington 148 gr. HBWC
Powder: Alliant Bullseye 2.8 grs.
Primer: Federal 100 Small Pistol Match
Case: Federal .38 Special
LOAL: 1.185
Comments: Cases sized with Lee Undersized .38 Super Carbide Sizer Die & RCBS Wadcutter Expander. Taper-crimped

This is the one load I tried with PC Bullets, the accuracy was just okay but I think I made mistake in my case prep (see comments).

Bullet: Missouri Bullet Company 148 gr. DEWC (.358 with Hi-Tek coating)
Powder: Alliant Bullseye 2.8 grs. (Little Dandy Rotor #2)
Primer: Winchester Small Pistol
Case: Federal
LOAL: 1.245 (Taper Crimp)
Comments: Lee Undersized .38 Super Carbide Sizer Die & RCBS Wadcutter Expander. **Note** These bullets shot much better in a Colt Python using .357 Magnum brass – Hi-Tek coated bullets may shoot better with tighter bullet tension. Try sizing/expanding normally and test again.
