Garmil
Just got a new Burris 1.5-8x28 and a adm recon. Putting the mount on the upper I can not get the mount to not wiggle considerably. I've tried adjusting to the point that it's hard to close the latches and it still has movement. Anything I can try?
wgj3
Sounds odd indeed. Scope is secure in mount, I guess? Are the mount lugs seating in the rail correctly?
Garmil
Did another round on the rings and problem solved. Thought they were definitely tight enough but I guess not. Thanks. Edited January 14, 2016 by Garmil
billdozer
Take a caliper to your rail. I just had an upper with this problem. The rail was .010 undersized. It needs to measure at least .830, if i remember correctly.
