CalTeacher
So I have a few questions about a new build I'm putting together. If I buy a complete upper that is slightly used (barrel and slide already fit), will it: 1. require any fitting of the lower lugs? or 2. possibly require different length barrel links? This is going to be a standard LDC dustcover .40 caliber limited gun. Thanks in advance for any advice, info, or sharing of your experiences with this matter! yoshidaex
1. Maybe 2. Maybe It'll be better to start with new parts. That used top end may fit but might be a loose fit to the frame. If you're lucky, the slide may still need to be machined to fit
Guncraft
I agree with the above post. Barrel lugs and link pin will need fitted the new frame. Andy
