nipplehead
Now that they are back in productin, I am thinking of trying Precision Bullts. 1, How much charge adjustment from FMJ to these bullets have you guys found . I would guess less of a charge is nessesary as is the case with plated and just plain lead. 2, How about feeding reliablity as compared to a FMJ. 3, Generally performance do you like these projectiles? Considerably less powder than with my JHPs. My charge is 3.7 grains of Hodgdon Titegroup over 200 grain Precision in 40 S&W with an OAL of around 1.210 2. Better. The coating is really slippery. 3. Accurate & consistent
Merlin Orr
What Renee says..I also use TG and find it takes about .3< with Precision bullets compared to an FMJ. Barrells stay clean with no leading or fouling and accuracy appears to be the same.
