Doug S
I would like to know if anyone has the GM with the T1 comp and how well do you feel this works for 9mm Major. I have a chance to buy a new GM with the T1 or a new Matchmaster with the T2, both are 9mm Major. I understand the reasoning of the T1 vs. the T2 on a full Gov't slide that hasn't been lightened. I would like to know how the GM reacts. I also know the differences between the 2 models, so please keep this conversation focused on the GM with the T1 comp. Thanks for any info. stardust tommy
I've build a few customs with the trubor T1 barrel. pistol functions good with factory 9mm with a 8 pound spring (doesn't matter if the slide is lightened) I love to shoot ammo about a pf of 170 - 172, with a 10lbs spring. (7.1gr N350, 123gr bulet COL 30mm) I don't use a recoilmaster and use a large radius FP plate. a good shooter tested my pistol and he told me to use the 8lb spring with major ammo... I like the 10lbs more ;-) , my 9major was shooting flatter/softer than his SVI IMM open 38 super (shorty) Edited April 25, 2015 by stardust tommy

Doug S
Thanks for the replies. I was afraid the T1 wouldn't be enough of a comp for the Major pf. I am pretty sure I am going with the GM. Thanks again, Doug
