Guest Posted April 16, 2015 Share Posted April 16, 2015 Sales were slow so last year they decided to update the graphics to make the product more appealing when sitting on the shelves. Same powder. Different label. Look at some of their 100 pack bullet components, they have that new style label on them, too. It is just the Winchester marketing team at work.
