p7fl
Sig 320F slide stop issues I am used to a 1911, the more I shoot the Sig 320 Full Size, the more I am locking the slide open with rounds still in the magazine. My thumb starts on top of the slide stop with the off hand underneath. Recoil moves both hands enough to push my thumb to activate the slide stop. Suggestions appreciated. TIA jon
JAFO
Assuming you are right-handed, move your strong thumb to the left side of thumb knuckle on the weak hand.
alma
Assuming you are right-handed, move your strong thumb to the left side of thumb knuckle on the weak hand. Agreed. I ride my right thumb on my left hand on the back side of the base of my left thumb. My left thumb itself now rides on the takedown lever as an index point and a place to apply some leverage against recoil.
