nhjeffs
I recently purchased the laser cut grip tape from Stoeger's pro shop for my M&P. Does any one have some tips for applying them?
Marshal82
Clean grip with alcohol, use a hair dryer, take your time to get it lined up right. Heat makes applying the grip tape easier and more malleable.
MUSICMAN
I was thinking about grip tape for my officers model colt to apply to the front of the grip. Most of the tape was skateboard tape (Brownells) or lazer cut tape available for rifle magazines. Both seemed expensive. Then it occured to me to try Velcro hook side tape. I had been using the loop side to treat my holsters to minimize wear on my pistol. You can cut to fit and it's already hanging around. It's a little rough at first, but shoots in nicely. Give it a try..
