AultGM
My best friend / shooting partner passed away from brain cancer in 2002 and I brokered the sale of his firearms right away. He was a retired Prison Warden and had purchased a lot of extra Para Ordnance .45 LEO Mags, (14) rds., and I would like to market them to our members IF it is legal to do so (in some states). I'm looking for solid info before I list them for sale. Thanks in advance for your help.
Bearcave
LEO markings does not prevent you from selling them. Only restrictions would be capacity depending where the buyer lives.

Yep Doesn't mean anything to people in states with no magazine capacity. IM not sure if there is a list specific to this somewhere, but look at websites that sell magazines and there are usually a few states they won't ship to... that's a good start. You also can not ship them into the state or carry them in.
AultGM
Yes, I was a FFL Dealer in Ca. (1972-2004) and moved my business to Nevada due to all the BS Laws and paperwork involved. Mags will only be Sold & Shipped to Non-Kommunist States. My best friend / shooting partner passed away from brain cancer in 2002 and I brokered the sale of his firearms right away.
