Smitty79
I was noticing a lot of wobble in my sights as I dry fired this week, particularly on "hoser" drills. I was thinking it was poor trigger manipulation, but I don't see it on my DA first shot. I'm shooting a CZ. I tried to watch what was happening and I think that when I get the trigger all the way back it jerks the gun at the end of the travel. Is this a problem? In live fire, this little wobble would be the least of my problems as the gun recoils in my hand.
Hi-Power Jack
when I get the trigger all the way back it jerks the gun at the end of the travel. Is this a problem? I would think that any kind of "jerk" is a trigger control problem. Really, the reason for dry firing is to determine what is causing the "jerk" and eliminate it before you get to the range. Try going more slowly, and see if you can eliminate the jerk. Possible that going from a DA pull to a SA pull could be part of the problem?
