IanLock
Hi everyone, I recently bought a fabarm FP6 pump action, (cause it was very cheap) but it is basicaly brand new, i slapped a choate extension tube on it, new mag spring and hi vis follower, it will hold 9 + 1. But i've got a dremmell and itchy fingers!!! What would one do to make it a smooth and sloppy practical gun? What would you do to a pump gun in general to improve it? I shoot in limited normally. Any help/sugestions would be much apprieciated. Kind Regards Ian Lock.
mike.45
Hi Ian and welcome to the forum, Funny you should ask that question as I have just bought a Nova and was going to post a question asking exactly the same ! I shudder at the thought of manual labour when we could let gas recoil do it for us ! See you at Shield PS How is that Gold working out, practice loading that and leave the pump gun alone !! IanLock
I was going to get a nova, after i saw how well Ade did with one. Its that 2 shells at a time thing that does it for me. I only bought the fabarm as a 3 shot back in the summer to do my Basic course with, as Peter still had my franchi. I figured i might aswell tweek it a bit and fiddle with it ( whilst im not practicing with the gold) Untill funds permit the nova has got to stay on my shopping list for a bit longer. I do about 15 mins practice a day, Obi wons crown.......... will soon be mine...............
