rl550 powder die crushing the brass

the brass is not anchored well in the shellplate 9mm under the powder and bell die. I noticed in my Dillon mainainace kit there are brass holders with numbers on them that go in the shell plate. If i am correct all the 9mm caliber conversion plate holders had number one stamped on them. I noticed that there are some with two and three stamped on them. When i raise the handle, the brass under the powder die sometimes gets crushed because it is not held straight. How do i fix this problem? i tried a number two brass holder with a bigger head on it. The last post really helped with a picture of the wire for decapping and i hope somene can help me with this one too.

You should use #3 locator pins in all stations with 9mm. I just checked my 550 and that is what I am using.

This happened to me as well. So I Googled it and the solution was to tighten the shell plate holder a smidge so that when ur shell goes to station 2 the casing is held firmer. This fixed my problem.
