bayougump Posted August 1, 2014 Share Posted August 1, 2014 I installed a magwell and EG grips on my Stock III a few days ago and ran into something new shooting last night. Now at the match last Sunday (pre magwell and stock wood grips) no issues. With an empty mag (the K40 with Henning pads) the mag seats into the gun normally. Goes in smooth and no tension etc. Now after installing magwell and grips, a full mag has a lot of tension going in and pretty much only drops when hit mag release if it's empty or only a few rounds in the mag. Has anyone experienced this and if so what do you recommend to remedy? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
CleverUsername Posted August 1, 2014 Share Posted August 1, 2014 I had to shave some of the inside of the grips when I installed them. It was causing the mags to hang up and not drop free 100%.
