BeerBaron
thx. What kind of grip tape are you using? Black Diamond Grip Tape. $8.50 with free shipping from Amazon for a longboard sized sheet that will likely last you for many, many years. It comes in a lot of colors and patterns as well. http://www.amazon.com/Black-Diamond-Longboard-Grip-Sheet/dp/B0013T1NZS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1405296431&sr=8-1&keywords=black+diamond+grip+tape one tip on grip tape. I haven't tried black diamond so can't comment on it, but I have tried a number of skateboard tapes. I liked the very rough feel of them, but the adhesive was a bit crap. particularly the piece on the backstrap would come loose after not a lot of shooting and they would shed a fair bit of their grit when new (don't like loose grit floating around on my gun, or on my hands). the best stuff I've found all round (nice grip feel, no loose grit coming off it, great lasting adhesion) is 3M branded stuff called 'safety walk'. it comes in a few colours but I just use black. the downside is it's a bit expensive. the upside is a roll will last just about for life as you have to change it much less often than other types. I think the one i use is either the general purpose or the coarse. check them out: http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Facilities-Care-Cleaning-NA/commercial-cleaning/cleaning-supplies/?N=7799107&rt=c3 http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Facilities-Care-Cleaning-NA/commercial-cleaning/cleaning-supplies/?N=6702665&rt=c3
