C-More on Glocks

I curious how a frame mount for a C-More stays tight on a Glock Frame?

The one I've seen has two screws on each side, but it appears they are

in the Composite material? The screws on a frame mount in an STI, etc

are in steel?

I had a Carver a long time ago. That one had metal screws that went through the frame, replacing the standard locking block and slide stop pins. It worked well, especially given that it also locked down on the front rail.

the one you are talking about sounds like the SJC, it has threaded inserts that get installed into the frame from the inside (inside the recoil spring channel) so the screw is pinching the frame between the mount and the head of the insert.

This. Frame is drilled, spring channel is relieved and inserts are installed.
