Zoomy
My RF100 quit working suddenly today. It just finished loading one tube then when I started the next fill it just hummed and the primers stayed still. I played with the rheostat and nothing changed. The unit is about 4 years. Called Dillon for help and was told I had to mail the whole unit to them for repair. Before I spend money on shipping has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it themselves? SWThomas
Better to let Dillon fix it than trying to tinker and voiding any warranty it may have.
razorfish
Better to let Dillon fix it than trying to tinker and voiding any warranty it may have. OP says the unit is four years old. Dillon only has a one year warranty the RF100. I don't have any advice to offer, but if it were me, I'd open it up and look for loose/broken wire before sending it off. Slotbike
If the motor is working, it could be the spring under the black cylinder below the fill tube. G
Zoomy
I thought it had a life time warranty like their presses. I will be checking things out myself first. Thanks.

Dillon only offers a one year warranty on products that are electric/electronic. From the Dillon Blue Press:
