jnr88 Posted January 29, 2014 Share Posted January 29, 2014 I purchased the 773 mag pouches for single stack. They are extremely tight and it is very difficult to remove mags. The problem is the bottom half of the pouch. I have tried loosening the screws without success. I hope someone has a fix for this problem. Thanks. DRichardson Posted January 29, 2014 Share Posted January 29, 2014 I would try to press the magazines into the pouches then heat them with a hair dryer or heat gun, if you have one. rboyes Posted January 29, 2014 Share Posted January 29, 2014 I have 2011 773's that are tight and the suggestion I've received (though yet to try) is to take a little off the diameter of the rollers. Jaxshooter Posted January 29, 2014 Share Posted January 29, 2014 Put your mags in the pouches and get your hair drier and heat the pouches. While they are warm move the mags from side to side and front to back to loosen fit. Be careful it does not take much heat to get Kydex soft enough to stretch.
