ZackJones
After shooting my pistol at the range this afternoon I was cleaning it when I noticed it wouldn't cock into single action mode. I took it apart to discover a broken pin. Is this something that could be fixed or is it a write off? Attached is a photo showing the damage. Toolguy
That's the trigger pivot pin. For a broken hammer or trigger pin you have to send it back to S&W. They can fix it.

Thanks! I'll contact them about sending it in for repair. EDIT: Called S&W. They are sending label for return for repair. Ballpark estimate is $36 to $136 depending on refinishing required.
