RIIID Posted November 2, 2013 Share Posted November 2, 2013 Canyon Creek has 140mm base pad extensions that will take a standard 13 round tube and have it hold 18+1 and it was designed to use with the CC mag well. Thanks for your assistance. you can use the full size mags with the SA sleeves and I suppose you could use a extended base pad but it will leave a gap in between the SA sleeve and grip as the sleeve slides down a smidge onto the extended base. Might be better off just using a full size mag and extended base. Either way you go it's a pain to reload quick on the xd 45 sub so I sold mine and got a fullsize xd 45 to shoot cdp idpa for fun with my father in law.
